In the summer of 2025, the legendary ethnic band Hudaki approached our music therapy with a proposal for a joint performance. Due to constant overlaps in the schedule, we could not agree on dates, but at the same time we had the idea to make joint tracks - to combine the electronic base with their signature sound and create remixes that we would perform live together. The idea interested the band, and the work began.
After some time, we prepared several drafts, two of which were developed into full-fledged compositions. One of them - Gooni became the opening track of Vlad Fisun set at Burning Man 2025. But the second - Solonyna was decided to be performed live. Our goal was to preserve the original folk sound and at the same time convey the bright and energetic mood of the original song. And on May 25, I finally visited the Superhumans Center, where I played a simply fantastic and incendiary concert. And at the end of the event, together with our Oleksandr Ivanko, we presented our joint work to the public for the first time. Moreover, Oleksandr not only conducted the electronic part, but also played the live bass part.
The successful cooperation inspired us to further develop, and we are already thinking about new remixes with Hudaki. Stay tuned for announcements!
