This session was recorded during a unique retreat for veterans' families held in the Carpathians in January 2025, organized by the Superhumans Center with the participation of the Victory Beats project. Along with the main music, the participants used a variety of live instruments that were not included in this recording.

About music therapy

During relaxation music therapy for veterans and war victims, it is extremely important to choose the right music and additional instruments. We avoid any sounds that may cause unpleasant sensations in a particular participant in the therapy session. At the same time, music creates a feeling of comfort, a safe zone, and coziness.

This recording was made during a relaxation session of the Victory Beats project in the first habilitation hub in Ukraine — a barrier-free living space for the socialization of veterans and civilians.
