On July 15, 2026, Ro_Ma 4E (Roman Cherkas) performed at one of the most popular festivals in the Czech Republic, Colours of Ostrava. Having become one of the very first visitors to our EnterDJrecreational DJing program, he became passionate about the game from the very first day and began to build his own style in Drum&Bass.
Having been seriously injured in the war, Roman lost his legs, but music, the EnterDJ program, and Victory Beats допомогли відкрити йому нову сторінку в житті та рухатися далі. Його наполегливість і завзяття не пройшли марно, і тепер він успішно вибудовує кар’єру діджея. Після знакових виступів разом з резидентами британського лейблу Hospital Records, epic parties from SOU , and many others, he deservedly received an invitation to Colours of Ostrava to play and talk about the possibilities of music therapy for people with war trauma.
Starting with a light liquid, Roman presented our new track “Oh, I was driving around the mill”, created by our friends Imagination Project and And the garden bloomed especially for this event as part of our project of combining modern electronic music and Ukrainian ethnics. Then, with each beat, Roma heated up the audience more and more, moving on to classic DnB and then to super-powerful Neuro. And this attracted more and more people from the entire huge festival location. Both small children and elderly people danced, and it seemed that this train could not be stopped.
At the end, Roman pleased the audience with a special surprise, which became an enchanting end to the performance and broke the unquenchable ovation.
And after the performance, Ro_Ma 4e gave a number of interviews to Czech and Polish media, where he talked about his story, the influence of music and the importance of not stopping, even when tragedy strikes, and moving on, living a full life. And he shows this perfectly by his own example.
